With our core commercial business being built within the retail industry, we can boast vast experience in working with clients such as Carphone Warehouse, Superdrug or Boots, delivering both in hours and out of hours flooring solutions, and maintaining no downtime to trading sites, ensuring no loss of business to our clients. We can also offer bespoke services such as gondola movement during projects such as these.
We also have strong experience with working with Facilities Management and Maintenance companies who require a helpdesk setup where fitters respond to requests from commercial clients on a reactive basis. Some of our clients manage up to 1000 sites throughout the UK that require urgent responses when flooring issues occur. Whether it is a small trip hazard forming due to lifting flooring, or further extensive problems such as subfloor failure, we can offer a quick response and provide an experienced fitter to site to make safe and then provide the most suitable solution for that problem.
We have built up strong relationships with some of the UK’s largest fit out specialists and construction firms, and continue to offer them the same personal service that we can offer end clients. We understand the importance of flexibility to these types of clients, as all projects run into issues that require contractors to be able to adjust themselves without faltering on service, whether it’s a 5000sqm carpet tiles replacement at Santander head office or a 40 store new build rollout for WH Smith nationwide.
As a flooring solutions provider, not just contractor, all our works are carried out with a dedicated project manager to ensure the project completes to a high quality, but to also ensure that our client has someone managing all aspects of the project throughout all stages. This is a key part of the customer service and personal service that we pride ourselves on.
